Lamb and BBQ Shank OR Chicken Marsala

So yeah…about the main courses (yes, we had options) at The Chef’s Table…one word: delicious! Guests had their choice of lamb or bbq shank over creamy risotto with asparagus or chicken marsala over cheese grits with sautéed spinach. I tried it ALL and it was amazing! The place was quiet so you KNOW everyone enjoyed it! Guests also had an opportunity to ask the chef questions while he prepared the dish.
